Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders over ₪350. Orders below ₪350 are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₪30.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays
During peak seasons such as holidays and sales events, delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated times above. Aure is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
